Do you accept insurance?

We currently accept Optum, Harvard Pilgrim, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and any insurance subsidiaries of these plans. We can provide a super bill for you to submit for reimbursement with your insurance per request. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, flexible spending accounts,  health savings accounts and check. There are some perks in choosing to self pay. Please contact us with any questions!

How long does therapy take?

The amount of sessions people need varies person to person. Our treatment plans are individualized and tailored to meet your needs! We want you to heal and grow as quickly as you're ready to. We will move at your pace, with the ultimate goal of you no longer needing our services. 

What is EMDR?

EMDR stands for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy. This is an evidenced based approach that tends to treat problems significantly quicker than typical talk therapy. What is a "Good Faith" estimate?

You have the right to receive a good faith notice with an estimate of how much your medical and mental health services will cost. This is required by law if you choose to self pay or waive your insurance benefits. If you receive a bill more than $400 than the good faith estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
